The hotel is absolutely amazing, I had an extremely beautiful views. I had a nice view of the ocean and amazing amentities. The inside of the hotel is modern and clean. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The rooms are exceptional clean and I was allowed to check in early.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by the reception staff during my stay at the Grand Bellagio Hotel. Both Tamila and Teona were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. They greeted me with a warm smile, assisted me with all my inquiries, and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. Their positive attitude and hospitality truly enhanced my experience at the hotel. I am very satisfied with their service and would like to thank them for their kindness and professionalism.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the amenities provided, particularly the breackfast. Reception, Ms. Tamila is sooooo helpful. Always smiling, speaks very good English. Restaurant big and nice, always have seats. Beautiful sea view. Bed comfortable.
